Topic Nucleotides bearing reactive groups for immobilization of oligonucleotides or for bioconjugations

Abstract

Novel base-modified nucleoside triphosphates bearing reactive groups will be prepared and their polymerase catalyzed incorporation to oligoribonucleotides and DNA or RNA will be studied. The base-modifications will include reactive functional groups for immobilization of oligonucleotides to solid surfaces and for bioconjugations with other biomolecules.
