Abstract

We will design and synthesize new modified nucleosides and nucleotides as potential cytostatic agents with new mechanisms of action which includes modulation of receptors or activation of cytostatic proteins. Selected active compounds will be further optimized in order to identify preclinical drug candidates.

Universities

PhD students must be enrolled in a partner university and will be employed by the IOCB Prague at the same time (part-time or full time), which results in a competitive salary (a scholarship from the university + a salary from the IOCB).
