Ever wondered how NMR spectroscopy plays a crucial role in drug design and discovery? Curious about how it can help identify drug candidates, study their interactions with biological targets, and optimize their properties for better efficacy? How can you apply these techniques to your research?

In our one-day intensive workshop, you will learn how to prepare samples suitable for NMR analysis and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge NMR techniques. We will guide you through interpreting NMR data to accelerate the drug development process and provide insights into the fundamentals of NMR in drug discovery.

In the practical session in our laboratory, we will demonstrate the process of preparing samples for NMR, show you how to test and verify the binding interactions between drug candidates and biological targets, and introduce you to high-throughput screening using small molecule libraries.

By the end of the day, you will be able to utilize NMR in drug design and discovery, analyze and interpret NMR data, and have basic hands-on experience with NMR equipment.

The meeting is held under the auspices and with the support by the project National Institute for Cancer Research (Programme EXCELES, ID Project No. LX22NPO5102) – Funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
