Labeling of organic molecules by 3H, 14C and 125I. Ultra-small scale synthesis of labeled material (μg-mg). Low scale (mg) solid state peptide synthesis lebeled by (radio)isotopes 2H/3H/13C/18O/125I or photosensitive tag. Structural characterization and isotopic enrichment determination; MS, 3H NMR. Oligonucleotide synthesis using 15N labeled building blocks (200 nmol, stepwise in syringes). Research on reduction using noble-metal-free catalysis by Frustrated Lewis Pairs (FLP).
